QQSTS, Inc. is a consulting firm which helps organizations and individuals move from “good” to “great” by igniting organizational excellence.  In addition to working with organizations to assist them in defining and developing a culture of excellence, we also develop customized blended workplace learning solutions, specializing in Leadership, Management and Supervisory skills to for-profit and non-profit organizations to increase productivity and profitability. With our strong focus on strategic improvement, we help drive initiatives to reach organizational objectives.  Our team of highly experienced subject matter experts and facilitators conducts needs analyses, identifies and analyzes knowledge and performance gaps, and develops and facilitates effective, targeted improvement programs.

QSTS, Inc. provides Business/Practice Development programs for law and accounting firms.  Fewer than 5% of these professionals are actively engaged in building their practices by developing profitable relationships with potential clients and referral sources.  We equip professionals with the necessary skills to effectively position themselves as experts and market themselves to the right clients.

The president of QSTS, Inc., Laurie Glover, is an Organizational Development professional with extensive international experience in Corporate Training, Academia, and Sales and Marketing management.

Laurie holds a Masters of Arts in Communication and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Communication at Florida Atlantic University, Nova Southeastern University, and Broward College.   She is an instructor for Florida Atlantic University, College of Business Executive Education Department’s Leadership Boot Camp.  In addition, Laurie was a Director of Sales and Marketing for an international travel firm; a Training Consultant for on-board cruise industry executive officers, managers, and supervisors;  and a Training Manager for a regional homebuilder.

Laurie is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and a Board Member of the ASTD South Florida Chapter; the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), including two South Florida chapters (HRPBC and HRABC). She is a volunteer mentor for Women of Tomorrow, an organization dedicated to mentoring at-risk high school girls in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and serves as Mentor Chair for Palm Beach County.

Laurie presents at numerous professional associations and conferences and develops and facilitates customized professional development workshops for professional services firms, for-profit corporations, and not-for-profit organizations.
